Last week I had an U/S that showed fluid in the baby's stomach. Doctor was mildly concerned and wanted to do another U/S at today's appointment to see if LO had just swallowed some fluid and not passed it yet or what. Well. Today's U/S showed more fluid in LO's stomach than last week. I'm scheduled to see a high risk OBGYN on Thursday. But I'm worried. ): Anyone else experience something like this?
Also, I've been having mild contractions since 1:30am. Today, at my appointment, she checked me and I'm 1cm dilated. Wooooo! So maybe I won't even make it to Thursday. I just hope everything is okay.
Re: fluid in baby's stomach ):
I haven't had experience with this, but I just wanted to say good luck at your appointment!

I'm sending lots of thoughts and prayers your way. I hope all turns out well. Please keep us updated!
I'm sorry you're worried. Chances are good that baby just needs to metabolize it.
I had an u/s yesterday and both baby's bladder and stomach were very full. They were not concerned, though. Is baby moving normally?
Good luck. I hope all is well and baby's just practicing swallowing.
She has been quiet today. I have weekly nonstress tests and she decided to sleep through it, which was abnormal for her. We did get some kicks out of her toward the end. But she was moving earlier this morning and has moved a bit since the appointment. I think she is having a lazy day and getting used to how the contractions feel.
