    but it's not correct.  Can't begin a sentence with And, can't end one with last season.  Dangling participles & all ;-)

    If you stick with the "And a big".... put "last season's Sportsmanship Banner"

    actually, that's an outdated rule. You can start a sentence with "And," particularly if you're making a statement. But I agree with you on the "last season" part.

    God, we're grammar nerds.
