i'm going to try out this recipe tonight for dinner. i'm making a sauce using garlic, cream of chicken soup, and milk (plus seasoning). the recipe says to add "cooked chicken" to the sauce, and to serve with pasta and sun dried tomatoes.
here's my question-- what's the best way to cook the chicken? i don't want it too dry, but i also don't want it to be too bland/rubbery. any ideas?
Re: totally nttcal related: cooking chicken (dinner mentioned)
If I want lots of flavor, I grill it, then slice it up.
But otherwise, I boil it with some water, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Then shred it up.
