I'm a former vegan!  I enjoyed about 10 years of Tofurkey....I love the stuffing that comes with it.

I've never eaten tofurky.  It just doesn't look appetizing.  Actually, I don't eat much meat replacement at all, except Morningstar breaded chik'n patties.  I live for those things.
