Hello, while I don't actually have twins, I would like to recommend the Moby. I have it and in the instructions booklet, there is a picture of a few different holds you can do with twins - at the same time, in one wrap. It looks like they are all nice and cozy in there! Maybe the Cotton Babies people can show you. Best of luck with your two little ones!
How long are you planning on babywearing? With two the weight adds up quickly. As practical as it sounds to just wear both of them, it really isn't easy once they get a few months old. I bookmarked this site of MoMs wearing their wraps with twins if you are interested....
Most people I know use the Bjorn for carrying in the front. I've read that the Ergo is actually better for the child's hips than the Bjorn (they get rave reviews on the boards). You can look up all of their styles online. I would not recommend carrying your child on your back until they have very good head and body control (especially since you can't see them back there).
Check out the forums on www.thebabywearer.com. There are some great resources there. From what I've read, at first 2 slings or ring slings are your best bet - one over each shoulder. But you can also use a moby (stretchy wrap) at first. Once you're carrying about 15-18 lbs, the stretch of the moby gets to be too much and you'll need to move on. I switched to a woven wrap at that point and it is so much easier. You can tandem wrap with a woven, you'll just need to get a really long one (size 7 or more depending on your body size). You'd end up with 1 baby on your front and one on your back, or still with 2 on your front (but that will probably kill your back after a little bit!)
Stay away from the Bjorns at all costs. They essentially dangle your kiddo from his crotch, and don't keep the legs properly aligned. In any wrap, the knees should be higher than the bum so that the kiddo is sitting in the wrap (excepting cradle holds and such, obviously).
Also check out the attachment parenting board. There is at least one momma there who tandem wraps her twins, she'd have some great advice for you.

https://www.naturallyparentingtwins.com/drupal/image/tid/24Thanks! Great info, trying to decide between the wraps at Cotton Babies and think I have a good idea now...
I heard that the Baby Bjorns are pretty good too...but that infants shouldn't ride on your back until a certain age....anybody know about that?
Thanx
