b/c there's no way that I've gained 6 lbs since my BFP. I'm a pretty petite person so I don't fluctuate weight on a daily or weekly basis. Maybe a lb here or there but omg 6 lbs. Don't get me wrong, I'm very excited to be pg and I realize that gaining weight is part of the package, I just don't think I should be gaining that much this early. Guess I need to cut down a bit...

Re: The scale MUST be broken...
My scale says I'm the same weight but my docs scale says up 4.2 pounds. I'm pretty sure their scale is broken- I'm thinking about bringing mine in next time! Dont stress about it, I think it will all even out.
However I think I'm having a line backer!

I was 4 lbs more at my first appt than I was with my BFP. I've always been petite too, but I think my weight was from quitting smoking all of a sudden. I've always heard that quitting will make you gain weight.
A lot is probably bloat rather than actual weight.
I'm only a week behind you, I've lost a pound, but my pants are often tight. :-( I am retaining fluid like gangbusters.
My mom lost 10 lbs each of her first trimesters. Now that M/S and heartburn is here, I probably will lose more until I'm out of 1st tri around Xmas.
