Landed myself in the ER on Sunday...

after tripping over my 85 pound dog!  I feel like such an idiot, but damn it hurt!  I started screaming so loud that I scared my poor DD. 

Fortunately, it's just a sprain but I got some good meds for it!!

The worst part about it is that it is my knee.  So walking is damn near impossible!  They gave me a knee brace and crutches. 

Thank god my DH has been so awesome and has been waiting on me hand and foot!!  And DD has been so good too!  She keeps coming over and kissing my knee and asking if it still hurts!
