Going to get my hair "fixed"

I had my hair cut on Saturday...my long time stylist moved to Cali, so I tried someone new.  I didn't like her...not just her hair cutting, but she was just weird and she's one of those people who incessantly talks and you're 99% sure she's full of sh*t.  Anyways, she butchered the back of my hair, even though I gave her fair warning of how my hair needs to be cut (it's super straight and shows lines, so most people do a razor cut).  She refused, and it looks awful.

So since I paid $50, I decided to go back, but I'm convinced she's going to be pissy about it (I told her the day of the cut it looked bad) and she's going to butcher it more.

Dammit all.

I had that happen once but I didn't go back because she cut my hair so short that I was afraid there wouldn't be anything left when she was finished!

nothing worse than a bad haircut, maybe ask some friends for someone they can recommend thats a good hair dresser, trust me I have had my bad share of haircuts, I feel your pain! I have been through a million hair dressers trying to find the right one! you will find a good one , dont give up! I wouldnt go back to her If I were you...

Finding a good stylist is the pits, isn't it?  The girl I've been seeing lately is pretty good, not as great as my all time favorite who is too far away to go to anymore.  :::sigh:::

I know what you mean with the "choppiness" in the back.  In my long quest to find a decent stylist I had this one chick who did an awful number on my layers in the back.  Two big lines straight across the back of my head. 

Can you ask for someone else to fix it?  Or call and see when she's working this week - then say oh, the only day I can come in is ________ (whatever day she has off)?

Can't you get someone else at the salon to fix it? I'd be hesitant to let that girl touch my head again.

I should have asked for someone else...but I think she'll be ok if I walk her through it and demand she use a razor.

I love this salon, and I've had 2 great stylists there, but they've both moved!  It makes me so sad.

I would talk to the manager and ask for someone else. This is why I cut my own hair...
