almost fainted at work's town hall mtg

supposed to be at my company's town hall meeting (basically a meeting of the entire company)... no more seats left when I got there.. so I found a spot along a bar height table to lean on... made it through about half of the meeting then I started getting a little dizzy.. then I started seeing spots.. then I started seeing spots almost blurring my entire vision. I was trying to tough it out and stay because if I ran out there people who I work with would probably suspect something.

finally - gave up and walked VERY fast out of there and into the closet bathroom. didn't get sick, but just laid my head on the counter in the bathroom (on a towel).. and then put a wet towel on my head.

feeling better now.. just a little nausea and huge headache. my group isn't back to their desks yet.. but I'm dreading when they come back up here b/c I have no idea how I'm going to explain myself.

 I haven't had too many symptoms besides the typical bloating, mild m/s, and sore boobs.. this... was scary.... luckily first appt is this afternoon so I wont have to be in the office all day......
