Anyone have a "Cocoon Sleeper"?

What do you think of it? 

I received one as a shower gift, and I'm not sure whether to return it or not.  We received a travel crib/bassinet, so we don't need it for sleeping, but the 'Cocoon" concept seems to make sense.  I don't want to open it in case I do want to return it.  But I think we'd rather have a traditional swing ... but again, this "cocoon concept" seems to make a lot of sense.  The Cocoon Sleeper is good for newborns up to 23 pounds ... so about a year I figure, about the same lifespan as a traditional swing.  I just don't know what to do, so I am soliciting opinions.  Thanks in advance.
