dizzy faint and tired

I am 12wks and I never felt like this with my daughter I have severe heartburn.Constant headaches.Now I feel dizzy faint and light headed..I cant eat nor can I sleep..hmm I see the doc this week I will have to ask about it

    Oh I know how you feel. I just hit 12 weeks a couple days ago and I've got all the same stuff, heartburn, dizziness, and weak feeling too. Let us know what your doctor says. I hope everything is okay when you check!

    I'm sorry...  try and stay hydrated, and make sure you take your prenatals if you're having trouble eating.
