Dutch Apple Pie

I made one. DH promised to get the last of our window installation project done last weekend and of course did nothing. This weekend he promised to finish them again. At the grocery store yesterday I asked him if he'd like some sort of dessert for the weekend. He said, "yes, I'd like a Dutch apple pie." I said, "okay." I make pie once a year - at Thanksgiving. Then he goes on to say, "you know, with all the work I'm going to be doing - I should get a pie."

There were 4 windows that needed trim and he's got 1 1/2 done. If he doesn't finish am I allowed to withhold pie? If yes, who wants some? I can't eat it all.
