Girls:

Caroline Palmer (Palmer is my middle name and my GMO maiden name, since I dropped it when I changed my name, I thought I would bring it back)--this is probably our top contender.

Lucy Jean (Lucy is my GMO name, Jean is his mom's name... I would get huge points; DH has already totally vetoed Lucy and I don't like Jean with anything else. It is kinda a little too cutesy).

Lila (I love this name, just not sure if I love it more than Caroline... I might)

Boys:

Pierce (first name) and middle name options are: Neil (DH's middle name), Cook, Sutton, Nicholas, Ellis, Lincoln. What middle name do you like?

I love Caroline-I think it's a classic little girls name. ?

I also really like Pierce. ?And I think with a one syllable first name, you need a little longer MN--so I will go with Pierce Nicholas from your list. ?

I like Sutton from your MN list--Is it a family name? ?It just recently made it on our list. ?Great names!?

Love Caroline... Not so much w/ Palmer, but I don't think mns matter that much... I mean, how often do you really use them?

I agree... it's a bit cutesy. I have a hard time picturing an adult with this name.

I'm normally not one to like names that are other words, but that's just me.

Neil, Cook, Sutton, Nicholas, Ellis, Lincoln
Of these, I like Neil or Nicholas best, but I think that Sutton works best with Pierce

I love Lila, but prefer Lilah (obviously). I am not a fan of Pierce. I like the name Lincoln better. Maybe Lincoln Pierce instead.

I like all of your girl names. I especially like Lucy Jean and Caroline Palmer. As for the boys, I like Pierce Ellis, but Ellis is also my middle name!

I dislike Lucy a lot...

Lila is very pretty but very popular and trendy imo

I dislike Pierce a lot...love Neil and Nicholas do not like ANY of the other boy names.

I love Caroline. Lucy is cute. Lila is going to end up feeling very trendy and dated.

I like Pierce, but I don't like it with one syllable for a MN, or one that starts with an S. I like Nicholas the best because I like the three syllables and the fact that it's not two surnames in a row (since Pierce is more common as a surname; I realize it's also a name).
