It's just 1:15am (Sunday) here in the UK and I JUST remembered I had booked a hospital tour for today at like 9 or 9:30am for the maternity ward. DH and I didn't attend any birthing classes because they were booked 6 weeks ago when I scheduled this, and now I'm wondering if I should get my rear in bed and set an alarm so I can make this tour, or just say F-it and sleep in.
I've been on the labour ward from when my SIL had her baby in July, but I'm not sure it's worth waking up so early on a Sunday for.
(I won't be able to re-schedule)
WWYD?
Re: Oh crap crap crap - what should I do?!
It's not like the tour is at 6 a.m. You can swing it. And yeah, take a nap afterwards.
(And GO BOBCATS! I read your entry because I saw your name... I went to OU too!)
We have a "ding dong" kind of noise on the door to the mat ward and I know I don't want a room anywhere near that door. I'd hear it all night. You learn weird things like that and can pick the nurses brains.
My boyfriend thinks its pointless to go on a tour so he won't go. If you think you need to see the facilities again, I'd get up and go. Otherwise, what is there to really see at a hospital?
