Are kegels the way to go to prevent any further snissing?  I haven't been doing kegels at all... whoops.

I cougissed the other day...it was more like a coughing fit that ended in the cougissing. I was home, and ever since I have been wearing a pantyliner just incase! This is not at all the fun part of pregnancy!

Yes, Kegals are supposed to help with that. It also helps with sex and orgasm.
