So I work at a hospital doing patient registration for radiology and surgery.. this morning the 2 women ultrasound techs (Lori and Crystal) were talking to me about the baby and just seeing how everything was going.. Crystal is pretty new- probably a year or 2 out of school and Lori has been doing this for 10 plus years.. so Lori decided to ask me if I would mind/be willing/like to be a volunteer for them so that Crystal can practice her 3-D ultrasounds-- I was like NO WAY!

lol obviously I said yes, and I even told them i'd stay after work if they needed me to, and they could "practice" on my any time they want! lol it's nice working in this industry!!

That's so awesome. I was given free 3D scans too because we had a BPP scheduled for the 30 min block and only needed 5. Jocie was in a really calm mood so the ultrasound tech asked if she could play with the new 3D feature. I was totally stoked at the results!

I knew I should have gone into the medical industry!  I just saw baby boy yesterday (stubborn boy wouldn't bring his hands away from his face the whole time!) I won't see him again until December 3 and it seems SO far away!

The funny thing is that I never even thought they would do this! Back in 2nd tri when I was dying for the gender scan and had to wait until 21 weeks I was so tempted to ask if they could sneak me back there to take a peek, but we're not "close" co-workers, just my department works with their department kinda thing.. so I didn't want to ask lol

But since they brought it up! WOO HOO!!!
