I have an IC, but I don't (knowingly) have any of the risk factors.

    Random question-will your dr do a cerclage if you have another baby?  I have a friend who has a preemie because of ic and will have one the next time.  Is it standard to do that?

    Me! Yes, after you know you have IC a cerclage is placed by week 12 for the next pregnancy.  I am definetly going to go with a shrodkar stitch and P17 shots just incase.

    My doctor says I will at 13 weeks!
