I scoured the web today and found more names I like but cant decide if I like them with the middle name Jesse. (Jesse is a family name and non-negotiable.) DH will probably nix some of these, but what do you think of...

Hudson Jesse

Hunter Jesse

(Ive always liked Hunter, but we have a friend with a son named Hunter, but hes 10...would you keep it in the running or nix it based on that?)

I like Blake Jesse, Devon Jesse (not spelled Devin) and also Hunter Jesse. I think bc the son is 10, it is not a big deal. You could of course run it by them if you were feeling guilty.

Would you consider Jesse as a first name? Is not, I think you should definitely avoid first names that end with the "eee" sound (i.e. Brady). And I like 2 or more syllables paired with Jesse. And of the 2 syllable names you have listed, I like Devin, Hudson and Hunter the best. I wouldn't worry too much about using the name your friends have used. If you really like the name, you should use it.
