Sooo my cervix is opening

in 3rd Trimester

Saw my Dr. appt this morning and they did an internal b/c I have been having a lot of BH. The Dr. told me my cervix was opening but it was still long. Is this normal at 33 weeks?? The Dr. said that it wasn't anything to worry about just to keep an eye on the BH.

 I'm just a little freaked.

    relax. it's normal. I've been having BH since 31 weeks and it's gotten more frequent and intense since then. I'm only 1 cm at this stage which is 36 weeks. Docs get a great idea during internals so if he says not to worry, Don't Worry!

    Yes, normal.  I've been having TONS of BH contractions since 18 weeks.  I still haven't gone into labor and my doctor isn't worried unless I have more than 5 an hour...
