How do you position your LO? I either keep him on my shoulder or in his lounger upright. I try to avoid any movement. I keep him like this for at least 45 minutes in any attempt help with reflux. Just curious to hear how you position your LO.
We held him upright for about 30 minutes but honestly it didn't seem to matter that much because his reflux would act up for about 2 hours after he ate
Definitely avoid unnecessary jostling and laying DS on his tummy was the worst!!
These days he lays how he wants, but back when I still had some control, I usually would hold him up over my shoulder, or in our By-Your-Side bouncer fully inclined. When I put him to bed, I usually put him elevated and on his left side trying to get his digestion to go as quick as possible.
