Babes12 and I had a question for ya. what should we look for in herbal progesterone cream. I bought what was on sale and I'm thinking maybe my criteria should be a tad different.

There are a lot of ingredients in mine,wow: (takes deep breath)

purified water, lanol, montanov68, liposome carrier sytem, micronized natural progesterone USP, natural omega oils, triple strength extracts of eleuthero root, chinese schizandra (haha) berry, chaste tree berry, fresh sqaw vine, fresh black haw root, fresh red raspberry leaf, fresh butterbur root, fresh mugwort (sounds like harry potter reference) leaf, fresh dandelion root and leaf, usnea liche, prickly ash bark, rose hips extract, caprylol, Glycin, potassium sorbate and vitamin E.

oh no, dude i'm sorry that you typed all that out, but wow- i'm super impressed!!!

it looks good to me.  so try 1-2 pumps per day starting 1dpo and continue till you get your period or a bfp.  just know that the cream can make your temps a little bit higher.

I didn't realize there were so many things in a cream!!

Yea, i've used it kind of blindly, started at 3DPO and my temps are much higher than they were last month. Thanks SOoooooooooooo much for answering, I appreciate it. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to melt my ute or something.
