thank you to whoever posted about it last night. I have been off and on it all day long and have never laughed so hard. some parents are completely F*cked!! I have a few friends who are entry worthy!
i normally enjoy a good "jab" blog but the woman who writes that website is an a-hole. yes, some of the FB entries are side-eye worthy, but she pokes fun at even the innocent of entries. it makes me wonder if she ever gets excited about her kid's accomplishments?
"oh our little johnny made a pine cone bird house but i'm not going to hang it up because i don't want him to get an inflated sense of self-appreciation."

I'm sure she does. she just enjoys them privately and not with all her FB friends. that's the whole point, the whole world (esp. single folks with no interst in kids) doesn't need to know that little johnny pooped on the potty for the first time! ESP with pictures! (that is what the Bump is for! )
Hey, Thanks! I'm so glad you like the site I just got an alert to this thread and wanted to pop in to say hi and also that your response to the "a-hole" comment is spot on! I am all for reporting achievements, but maybe in a more private setting. The Bump is precisely the type of forum for the little details in life. Although based on several other Bump threads I've read, most parents don't really want to hear about their friend's kid's potty training trials!
@pretty_helmet - It appears my blog, or perhaps my writing style, has touched a nerve. Each entry I post is subjectively interpreted, so not everyone who reads it is going to like every single post. Such is life!
Re: STFU parents is the greatest blog ever
