When did you start 3 meals a day?

Liam currently gets 2 and is getting close to the 7 month mark.  He currently gets 2.5 ozs of fruit (stage 1 sized jar) at daycare after his first bottle (usually around 10:30) and then at night (around 5:30) he gets 2 tbls of oatmeal and 3.5ozs of veggies (stage 2 sized jar).  I'm just curious when others have started 3 meals a day.

We started 1 meal @ 4mo, 2 meals @ 6mo and 3 meals @ 8mo

We just started 3 meals last week around the time she turned 8 months.
