If you give LO Zantac

When do you do it? I know it says "with food" but does that mean before, during, or after? I nurse before each meal, so should it be after nursing, before solids?

I generally give it to him in the middle because I don't know when else to.

    I'm not really sure... our pharmacist said it didn't matter if we gave it with or without food.  Maybe that's why Zantac never worked for us...???

    our pedi said it don't matter but our gi specialist said before we give DD her bottle/food try and wait about 20 mins (average) or so, the reason for waiting to give food after zantac is so she don't spit it up
