Now maybe our home phone will stop ringing with automated messages from candidates and people on various sides of the issues!

Funny story...last year I answered the phone to someone representing the Obama campaign....he asked me if I was going to vote for Obama, to which I replied that I wasn't allowed to vote (I am not a citizen). The person at the other end of the phone then asked to speak to my parents!!! I said that they weren't available and gave them their phone number in South Africa-there was a stunned silence at the other end of the phone as the election worker tried to figure out how to enter an international telephone number in a 10 digit space!!

Sure did....I can't believe it passed-everyone I know voted no! I wonder how soon they will start building them?

I wish I just got phone calls. They insist on coming to our door and talking to me. now DH just goes he can't vote (not a citizen) and I'm not in.
