Yellow specks in spit up?

My LO spits up a lot (we're currently trying Zantac for reflux).  This afternoon when he spit up right after eating there were little yellow specks in it.  The rest was white as usual.  Has anyone else seen this?  We have an appointment tomorrow with the pedi, but in the mean time I wanted to see if anyone else had heard of this. TIA!

It might be bile, which often looks yellowish in vomit.
