Albee Baby = WORST customer service ever!

I ordered a stroller blanket through this company on October 1st that was supposed to ship in two days.  It was one with an alphabet pattern to go with an alphabet chair I made for the baby.  By three weeks in when I hadn't received it I sent an email to their customer service.  When I got no response to that I called customer service and left a voicemail.  I got no response to that either.  A week later I called and spoke to someone in customer service who said she would check on it and call me back.  Later that day she called back, said, "Oh, I meant to call someone else!" and hung up on me.  I never heard any more.  I called back today, asked to speak to a supervisor, and he had no explanation for the bad customer service, and said the item was no longer in stock.  He offered to refund my money.  I asked if he thought that was appropriate compensation for wasting more than a month and multiple phone calls of my time waiting on an item they never had, and he said, "I've offered to cancel the order and refund your money, what more do you want?"  HATE!

  • wow! i've used this website to buy strollers and carseats and they've always shipped really fast. maybe it was a computer glitch? i've never had to deal with customer service, though, so i'll be rethinking using them in the future.
