How quickly do you notice a change?  I just checked before bed last night around midnight and it was low and medium.. today it's super high, soft, and open!  I just can't believe it changed so quickly.

Mine seems to change over night. High is good, though!

Just an FYI, I think you are supposed to check at the same time every day, because it can vary in position throughout the day as well.

I've tried a few times and I am totally at a loss for how to check CP... I can definitely find my cervix, I just don't know what it is supposed to feel like (ie high vs. low, etc).

I notice a change in it daily before ovulation. You are suppose to check it at the same time each day. If you check it at different times throughout the day it is going to be different each time. Since your cervix moves throughout the day TCOYF recommends checking it at the same time each day.

Yeahhh I know I've read that, for some reason I just completely forgot.  I'll check before bed tonight and keep it at bedtime.

Mine can also change dramatically from day-to-day. Just be careful to check it at the same time every day though, because it changes a lot throughout the day.
