Thirsties Duo Covers

Those who are using the covers what size are you using, what snap level, and what are you using in them?

 I bought two size 1 duos and a dozen yellow GMDs but the yellow are creating a ton of bulk. Is anyone using the orange GMDs? Which snap setting? My babe is 7.5 weeks and over 11lbs but with his build the smallest snap setting fits him best.

Any other recs of what to use in the cover? I prefer prefolds or flats -- I rather not spend on fitteds.

I have used the orange with DD and can use the middle setting on the size 1 duo.  She's a little bigger than your son.

If you've got a bit of bulk with the pf, I suggest trying the sized thirsties.  They're better for bulkier diapers.

I use Duos with my pfs (both orange- and yellow-edge, folded down) and with my Play All Day fitteds.  My DD is about 9 lbs and I use the smallest setting with my pfs, but use the middle setting for my fitteds. I have some XS Thirsties as well and they have a more generous fit than the smallest setting of the Duos.
