XP: anemia ?

Good Morning Ladies~

Were any of you anemic while PG? My doctor is recommending I take an iron tablet, and I was wondering what you did? Any brands that are worth trying? Did it cause constipation?

I was and it's pretty common actually. I just got a brand from target but just make sure that it doesn't have an artificial colors in it because some of the iron pills do.  It didn't cause any constipation problems for me but it does for some people.

I was!  I took Slow Fe.  I didn't have constipation,  it actually had the opposite affect on me.

Slow FE .....supposed to be gentler on your stomach.
