Ok the underneath of my bb's has become itchy and red, my nips dont hurt and I have no other issues. I assume its irritated from staying moist when lo leaks and maybe I dont dry it as well. Should I be concerned about something bigger? Any recs for getting it better?

I'd say try gold bond medicated powder to help dry things and get it to heal but a doc could probably give you something like nystatin powder as well if it's a skin infection of some kind. HTH

I'd give yourself some bra free time to let the area air out a bit.  You could try putting some hydrocortisone, since it's underneath your boob.

I agree with the air drying.  Also maybe a little diaper rash cream would work.
