Good toy recommendation for 2 y.o.

I want to get a cool birthday present for my 2 year old niece. Any recommendations?

I want to spend about $30 and I have to ship it so it can't be too heavy.

    This is what my DD is really into.  She will be 2 in a month.

    My brother is a doctor. I'm glad you mentioned the pretend play because I was just looking online and saw a doctor kit. It was listed for a 3 y.o. Is this still a good idea?
