We are completely OOP and we are gearing up for an IUI if I don't get pregnant with Femara in the next two cycles. I was just wondering if I could get a ball park from you awesome ladies who have had an IUI. Could you break down the costs for me also. I am going to stress that I know it could vary from RE to RE. I would be doing NO injectibles, so it would be two u/s's in all, the sperm wash, and the procedure itself. TIA ladies:)
u/s are $250 "regular price", wash was $100, and not sure how much the procedure will run us, just got it done. $200 is the norm from what I polled a while back.
Don't forget about bloodwork though. If you do an E2 at ovulation, like Skoor says you should ;-) (which I now agree 100% !) and your stat Hcg, etc.
meds you already have the prices, right? be sure to check the OOP "club" thingy.... too.

Our IUI was $300 oop, not including ultrasounds (those were, ironically, covered by insurance). I think if it were to be entirely oop (u/s, procedure) around $500.

clomid / iui $900 (RE only did u/s no b/w)
$500 physician charge (sperm wash/prep)
$190 iui
$220 u/s
injectable iui (same but meds were $3-5K)
sperm wash was close to $100
u/s monitoring close to $500
actual IUI $250
