What to have with leftover soup tonight?

I had a huge salad last night, but am looking for other potential dinner mates to go with leftover cream of potato soup tonight.

I have enough left for two bowls.  But, I say we plan one monstrously large GTG and I will be happy to be one of the cooks for said GTG.  I'm thinking cheesy garlic bread will be the side choice tonight.
