One of my FB acquaintances from waaayyy back always capitalizes every word when she posts a status.
It's Like This. It Drives Me Absolutely Crazy. In Fact, What Am I Doing? I'm Going To Go Hide Her Updates.
Wow - it takes so much longer to type that way.

Blog titles are titles. They can be capitalized with no rolled eyes from me!
