thanks! I actually like the main colorway a lot better with the finished look of the pink trim. I'm glad I switched to the trim for the cuffs. 

 

But those lettuce ruffles SUCK!

Dumb question....how on earth do I PIP? I've tried a couple times and it never seems to work.?

I usually upload my pic to tinypic.com and then choose the message board size. Then there's the link provided for forums (it begins [img] ) and it works every time.

I want the pattern for the ruffles - they are adorable.  I had planned to do ruffles at the bottom ... nowhere close yet but I'll get there someday.  I put a PIP on MTOW's other thread

are you using the sheepy pants? If so, the pattern for the ruffles is in there. I did the lettuce edge ruffles.

I had them, but you left as soon as I got there. I won't be there this week, my mom wants us to all take a womens self defense class with her. But I'll bring them next time I go.

ok, so for the ruffle, start the cuff about 1/2 an inch before the length you want the pants to be.

  round 1: KFB around

round 2: KFB around

knit 2 rounds plain. bind off

 

it's a pain in the behind, and you end up with a lot stitches on the needles! But it is cute.
