Kim posted below about writing companies and I responded that I do it every 3 months - the turn around time for may companies to pitch your info. I also use different addresses to maximize my goodies
This past weekend I spent about an hour and a half writing companies, complimenting them (you must be specific in your compliment - generalizations like "I love your products can I have some coupons don't work that well).
Here is what came in the mail between yesterday (Thursday and today) -
(3) $1/1 White Castle frozen hamburgers/cheeseburgers
(8) $1/1 any POM Wonderful product (Pomegranate juice)
(3) .55/1 Lindsay Olives (they often go on sale at Walgreens for .99)
(2) .55/1 Fresh Express product
(2) Free Michelina's frozen entrees
(2) .50/1 Welches product (any)
(1) FREE Seapak product up to 9.99
(2) $1/1 Johnsonville products (any)
(2) $1/1 Arnold bread products (love their new Sandwich Thins!)
(1) FREE Drano coupon, plus (2) SC Johnson coupon booklets with various SCJ coupons in them
(2) $5/1 Huggies or ANY Kimberly clark product , (1) $3/1 Huggies product or ANY Kimberly clark product (This was from a complaint I filed last weekend. DD had a leaky diaper)
(1) FREE Aunt Millies bread product coupon, along with several .35/1 any Aunt Millies product coupons
(8) .50/1 Classico pasta sauce (any)
Some of these products we do use, while I like to trade others for what I need
Re: S/O - Writing companies: What I got in the mail today!!
Stacy - do you have a list of companies that you write? I'm always trying to find new ones
Woo! That is awesome!
Question, though... let's say I want to write Sweet Baby Ray's... where do you usually go on the website to send in your letter?
I do most of mine online-
says, 'contact us' or whatnot.
This. Sweet Baby Rays only has a email addy though - no contact form. Just make sure when you email them you provide your address at the bottom
There are a few other companies that you have to email manually -
Aunt Millies, Michelinas are 2 of them.
