We flew from CA to FL with DD when she was 3 weeks old. My mom was dying so we went as soon as we could. Not ideal but sometimes circumstances arise...our pedi was supportive. We used hands free gel every time we touched anything, didn't anyone
get near her, and I was trying to BF so the babe gets Ab's from you
that way. It was a huge help to have DH with me so maybe yours can fly back for a weekend to help with this adventure. I don't know if I could have phsically done it alone at 7-10d pp (uncomplicated vag delivery, 2nd degree tear). From all that I hear a c-section could only make it harder. Stuff? Bring more than you think you need. Ada slept or fed the whole time on the plane.
