MS still going strong...

I had a rough morning and was 15 mins late for work.. needless to say I didn't get time to finish doing my hair.. so I got to work and was walking to the bathroom to do my hair and a lady from finance was in the bathroom and asked how I was feeling.. I told her I got sick again this morning.. her response: I only had MS with 2 of my 4 pregnancies.. both times I lost the babies... the other 2 times I carried my babies to term I had no MS

uhhhh.. thanks?

  • Oh that's terrible!  Usually people say the opposite though.

I've also heard from some moms of multiples and singletons that their MS with multiples was greater.

  • WTF do people open their mouths (or type like I mentioned last night).

FWIW my MW told me that higher estrogen pgs usually result in MS.

ETA: Your' baking a duo there...of course there would be more estrogen.

  • what a ***. GRR. actually she probably didnt even think about it before she said it. sorry .

fwiw i've heard that ms is a sign of a viable pregnancy ( although if you dont have it thats okay too) i puked my guts up with my daughter. :) GL

  • WTF?! Who says something like that?!

And for the record - I had wicked ms with both my pregnancies. With N it lasted until halfway through the second tri. Both full term, healthy pregnancies. And I ditto the statement that generally you hear the opposite - ms means a good healthy pregnancy (not really sure that statement is any more truthful then the one your coworker made but take it for what it's worth!)
