and it didn't turn out so well. The toothpick came out clean but it was still gooey and puddingish. We used white flour, and wont be making it again. Super dense, wierd after taste even adding the powder sugar on top.

You could also try these chocolate chip pumpkin muffins. We used chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chips (as they don't have choolate chips in Sweden). Even better. And it is an Emerils recipe which doesn't require strange ingredients.
