BG replacement for dipes with holes?

Is this just through cotton babies or bumgenius themselves?

Cotton Babies owns bumGenius.  All warranty claims for bumGenius goes through Cotton Babies.

ETA:  So if you are having a problem with your BGs and they still fall under the one year warranty, then give Cotton Babies a call.  They might ask for proof of purchase if you bought them through another site, as they only honor the warranty for a year of original purchase for original owner.
