I know this is a stupid question with a million answers, but answer anyways!

My SIL is 2.5 cm. 50% effaced and -1.  I want to meet my niece TODAY! Her actual due date is November 14.  And with her first pregnancy she went from 1 cm, 0% effaced on Friday to delivering on Tuesday after 4 short hours of labor...and that was one week before her actual due date.

how long would you guess until she delivers?

    With my 3rd I was at 3 cm for a whole month so I'm guessing you'll have a wait.

    not the answer I wanted dande!  but what I needed to hear.  I only had c-sections, so I have NOTHING to compare this to.  TO me hearing 2.5 cm seemed like it was going to happen soon.  Crap that's 25% of the way there!!!  The baby could fall out at this point!  KIDDING!!!

    I was 3cm and 30% at 31 weeks with my last and didn't deliver until 39w4d, so...........

    unless she is having consistent contractions today It could be anytime even late.

    With my second I was 4 cm and 70% effaced for 4 weeks and ended up delivering 3 days passed my due date.

    I was 100% effaced and a couple cm dilated for 8+ weeks. It means nothing. Sorry :(
