So I use clothe diapers (Bum Genius) and I just wondered if anyone used these, or if they had good luck with another brand?? I would prefer to not have to use a diaper cover. Thanks!
As Jack has gotten older, I'm more and more liking AIOs and diaps with covers. (I hate destuffing pockets with icky toddler poop) I kind of want to try the flips they look interesting. I LOVE BG Organic AIOs with snaps.
I don't know if any of that helped, but there you go:-)

Someone posted a review in the last week but I can't remember who it was. I think the Flip system involves a cover and an additional insert. I don't think it is an AIO system.

I quite like them. I have the organic inserts, which are the same organic cotton as the BG Organic AIO. Theya re quite absorbant. They fit 26 lb 2 YO DS quite well, and will alst till PT. I don't think they would work well for a tiny newborn- more like 12 lbs-ish, but most OS systems are like that.
Hmmm... other thoughts.... When he poops we often do get poop on the cover. So with BF poop that would defintiely be a problem. Personally it doesn't bother me that much- I hate snappi'ing prefolds and always just trifold them, so it is all the same to me. Something to be aware of though.
One think I like about the cover as a sewer is that the elastic is like a pocket diaper elastic, so if it ever wears out, I can re-thread new elastic through, where most covers have FOE and once it dies, there is no fixing it.
If you guys have any specific questions I can try to answer them.
I am hoping to do a review of these (& econobum). I have seen so many questions on them and being so inexpensive, if they work, that would be helpful to more people.
I just need to try to put together the funds to do it.

I have econobum too I am a bad girl. I sold all my gm's to finance new things as I am not a big fitted fan.
The econobum prefold is nice in that instead of having a center strip of higher absorbancy, it is the same number of layers all the way across. Thus you can fold it short or long-ways. It can be snappied if you want. Smae issues as usual if you trifold- poop gets on the cover. I don't care though, I hate snappi'ing.
The cover itself is nice, works well, covers well. Nothing special but what do you expect for 10$ including a prefold?
There is talk of selling the flip cover by itself- if you are on facebook you can vote to sell it alone and if they get 500 votes they are going to do it.
