Any 1st gen Americans?

Any first generation Americans or newcomers to this country out there?  I am studying multicultural education, and have to interview a family that is of a different background than mine to get their perspective on life/culture/family, etc.  It is just four or five questions for you and a few family members, we could do it by email...

I think this is an interesting assignment and am looking forward to hearing about people's perspectives.  Let me know where you are from and if you would be interested...

FYI, I am Jewish and Indian so I have that covered:)
