I love my OB-Gyn practice, but they're a good 45 minutes from my house. I'm thinking there has to be a good practice closer to me than that. Can anyone recommend a practice in the West Chester/Fairfield/Liberty Twp area? If so, can you please also let me know how many doctors are in the practice and where they deliver? Due to some minor medical issues I can't go to a midwife; it has to be a doctor. Thanks!
Re: Please rec your N. suburbs OB-Gyn
I go to Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates https://www.cincyobgyn.com/
I honestly chose them for their location, they're in the Mercy Fairfield Healthplex (also have an office in Liberty Twp) and I work at the hospital. So when I was pregnant and working full time, which makes getting appointments before/after work hard, I could just walk across the parking lot for appointments. I also wanted to deliver at Mercy and I'm pretty sure they are the only group that does.
They are a big group, so a lot of people don't like that. When you deliver, unless it's scheduled, you will just have whoever is on call. They encourage you to see multiple doctors during your pregnancy so you atleast know everyone, but you aren't required too. My favorites are Dr. Bonar, Dr. Swayze, and I've heard really good things about Dr. Bartlett, she's new so I haven't seen her personally.
I go to For Women, Inc. its a group practice of ~7 physicians, all of home I like. I go to the location in Evendale at corner of Reading and Glendale Milford - really close to GE - don't know if thats too far south for you. I loved going there throughout my pregnancy and especially the fact that I could leave work, go to an appointment, and be back in the office all in ~ 30 minutes.
BTW the picture of Allison is so adorable!
I got to Mt. Auburn OBGYN. They have about 6 OB's I think. I liked all of them except one. My primary is Dr. Fitzgerald and Dr. Roberts delivered DD. Both are wonderful!
Their office is in Mason on Reading Rd near Tylersville (right next to St. Susanna) which is easy to get to from this area.

Me too. I LOVE Dr. F. He is my primary, delivered DD and did my D&C two weeks postpartum. I completely trust him. I didn't like one of the docs also, but I hear she is gone.
