? about last week's Grey's Anatomy....

I just finished watching on DVR - can someone tell me what it meant when lexi touched her nose at April (the doc that got fired)? Did it mean she is a brown-noser? a heroin user? had a nose job?

    It meant that she could tell that she had a nose job...the girl had written in her diary that no one could tell! ;)
