Thanks for the help yesterday! RE: IEP

Had my DD's IEP meeting today and since my husband had to work I brought my friend who has a son w/ Autism and has been through many IEP meetings.  It was a great meeting and my friend was a huge help to me.  I was ok w/ not getting some of the reports early as we went over everything and it was easier to understand w/ them explaining what everything means.  DD is going to be going to a special preschool through our school district 5x a week for 3 hours a day to receive her services.  Right now we go to the same preschool for her Autism services so I think she will be very happy as she has made some friends there.

    SO glad. Kudos to you for taking someone with you!!! Glad it went well and you already like the school.
