Seriously need a mind reading device right now

DS is having a fit.  He's signing for more.  I've offered him what little bit is left out of our normal snackfest and he's said no to everything.  So now he's crying, hitting me with his linky toys and screaming.   I have no idea what more is right now.

If you find such a device, can you send one my way?  Caleb has been a slobbering, teething, snot-nosed crying mess for the past 3 days.  He doesn't feel well and cannot make up his mind for anything!  Driving me nuts!
