Sweater Dresses?

Can heavier ladies wear sweater dresses? I am a size 10 right now and I would really love to get a sweater dress. Anyone have one they would recommend? I don't want to look giant. Will these show my lumpy areas too much?

Make sure it's not tight and consider a shaping garment or shaping tights under leggings.  I think sweater dresses are v. cute with proper undergarments.
