hi my ds is 3 yrs old and has had a bad cough for a few days now,is there anything i can give him that will help,thanks

What kind of cough? I usually give spoonfuls of honey, but that only works for dry, irritating coughs. I'm not sure for a productive cough--you may call the doctor. I'm pretty sure Ethan's recommended mucinex at one point.
